Pricing FAQs
Why is Business a flat price, but Enterprise custom?
Business is a flat $400 per seat per year, with volume and partner discounts as your team grows, so you can budget without chasing a quote. Enterprise is custom because the price depends on seat count, custom lab and dashboard scope, and your support tier.
How does seat-based pricing work?
Pricing is per named seat, billed annually. A seat belongs to one developer. Need more mid-contract? Add seats anytime, pro-rated to your renewal date.
Is the platform secure enough?
Yes. We hold our team and product to the highest security standards. We have stringent internal Secure SDLC processes (Regular PenTest, Code Scans, Threat modelling, etc.) and are currently undergoing SOC2 Type II review and should be able to provide CPA attested report to your procurement team.
How does the free trial work?
After your demo, we set up a trial environment for your team with full access to labs of choosen stacks, the AI tutor, and dashboards. Trials typically run two weeks, with no commitment until you decide to buy.
How long does onboarding take, and is there a setup fee?
Most teams are running labs within a week. There's no setup fee on the Business plan. Enterprise rollouts include a dedicated success manager who handles SSO, provisioning, and your launch plan.
Can we pay by invoice, and what are the contract terms?
Yes. We bill annually and can invoice against a purchase order, with payment by ACH, wire, or card. Standard terms are a one-year agreement, with multi-year options if you'd prefer to lock in pricing with additional discounts (5% for 2 years, 10% for 3 years).
Which plan is right for us?
Most small to mid-sized teams start on Business, which includes every lab category, the AI tutor, dashboards, and SSO/SCIM. Choose Enterprise when you need a dedicated success manager, an SLA, internal control mapping, or custom labs and dashboards.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes. We offer meaningful discounts for accredited educational institutions and registered non-profits. Mention it on your demo call and we'll work out the right pricing.
